What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store the email address you enter and the time you signed up. To stop abuse, our server also counts requests per IP address for up to 10 minutes; the IP is never stored with your email.
Why
Only to send you your early-access invite and occasional updates about Sigil. We don't sell or share your email, and we don't use it for advertising. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it lives
The site is hosted on Vercel and the waitlist is stored in an Upstash Redis database. Both process the data on our behalf and only to run this service.
How long
Until you ask us to remove it, unsubscribe from our emails, or the waitlist closes — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@sigillabs.eu. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
